These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Resume Hero website (the "Service") operated by Resume Hero ("us", "we", or "our").
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
The Service is offered with both free and paid subscription options ("Subscription(s)"). Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis ("Billing Cycle"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Resume Hero cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Resume Hero offers a free plan with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time without prior notice. Access to certain features may require upgrading to a paid subscription.
A valid payment method is required for paid subscriptions. By providing payment information, you authorize Resume Hero to charge your payment method for all Subscription fees incurred through your account.
Refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Resume Hero on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Resume Hero.
You retain all rights to any resumes, cover letters, or other content you create using our Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all content you submit through the Service.
Resume Hero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
